Tilden Moschetti: In the Great
movie Moneyball, Billy played by

Brad Pitt says he wants to bring
back an aging ballplayer by the

name of David justice. Now,
David justice everybody thinks

is a terrible idea to bring him
back. They said Steinbrenner has

been trying to get them off his
payroll. They think it's a

terrible idea he can't hit
homeruns anymore. They ask Billy

why he wants, why he wants him.
Billy points to Pete Pete's

played by Jonah Hill. And Pete
says because he gets on base.

Now that idea that philosophy
because he gets on base takes

that suffering ballclub to a new
record of 20 consecutive wins,

and nearly to the World Series,
Pete knew that the games are won

by getting on base, not by showy
homeruns. home runs are rare and

are the ones that and the ones
that hit those homeruns they

tend to have pretty low batting
averages, the game is one on

base hits. And syndication is
exactly the same way, getting

things done getting on base
doing the things that must be

done every day, those base hits.

So syndication is the same way
as baseball, it's all about

getting on base getting on base
getting on base time after time

after time, it is not about just
going for the for the Grand Slam

or hoping for that home run. The
homerun hitters are swell, but

it's not how you're going to be
truly successful at the

syndication game, the way to
success is doing just getting on

base every single time. So how
do we get on base? Well, there's

five things that we need to do
in order to be successful. So

let's go ahead and take a look
at what that looks like. base

hits, these are the five
important things now first,

every day you need to be working
on getting investors. This is

critical, this will set you
apart, you have investors,

you're gonna be able to do deals
and you don't have investors,

you're just spinning your
wheels. So getting investors is

the number one thing, you need
to be working on that every day.

Now, I don't mean that you need
to be spending eight hours a day

every day doing it. But you need
to put in some time every single

day, 30 minutes an hour,
whatever it is, block out that

time, get those investors number
two, you need to find

opportunities. Finding
properties. That's your product,

you need to be looking for
product every day that great

deal isn't going to just land in
your lap. Chances are you got to

dig for it, you got to find it.
Number three. Learn something

every day, take some time to
learn something about the

business a little bit outside of
the business investment in

general way to market something
every day get better and better.

It's that idea that if you get
1% better every day, holy moly,

where are you going to be in a
year. So every day, learn

something. Number four, use and
operate with systems. I have

checklists for nearly everything
I do I have checklists for these

videos. I have checklists for
how we got these videos in your

hands. I have sheets that are
outlined now can I just speak

off the cuff like this? Yeah,
and I do. So all of these videos

really have been made with just
bullet points of for me and

things like that. But I've got a
system and I've got a system

that's taken me some time in
order to do it. And I've got a

system for syndication. That's
what you're watching right now

launching syndications is my
system for syndication. It

works. You just got to operate
the system, do the work, hit

those base hits and operate with
systems and finally five

leverage people and by people I
also mean teams.

It's hard it's a tough business
to do it totally alone. You're

gonna need other people now what
They've those are internal team

members of yours, or their
external team members of yours

or your investors, all of those
people are people you should

leverage. That's the whole idea
behind fishermen that we talked

about too, is using other people
in order to get more investors,

is it a great example of
leverage, now they're getting

something at the same time from
you, you got to make sure you're

paying it back as well. And then
also, you as you continue to do

work and find money for your
investors, your investors are

going to be your part of your
leverage as well, talking about

what a great syndicator you are
and how happy they are, and

telling their friends, it's all
part of the same thing. Also, we

talked about and finding
properties, we talked about

using the brokerage community,
leveraging it, making it clear

that you're not in this just for
a brokerage commission, if you

get one swell, but you can use
those that brokerage community,

it helped them by making sure
deals closed, that they get

deals done, and you still get
what you want, which is the

property and that syndication.
So the most important thing in

syndication is base hits. It's a
daily work that gets done. Like

I said, it doesn't need to be
eight hours a day, but a little

bit needs to be done every day.
Just make sure you're getting on

base. And then first thing you
get up in the morning, say how

am I gonna get on base today?
And then, as you go to bed

tonight, say how did I get on
base today. And that will propel

you forward because it's that
incremental change that is going

to make you truly successful in
this business. Now with that,

congratulations, you've watched
all of these modules, you are

now set to launch your own
certification. Many, many people

did not make it this far. Even
people who bought this product

did not make it as far as you
did. Now they've lived with just

a dream and hoping it would all
be done for them. Now all you

need to do is start going for
